Kentucky Fried Cruelty ? ZOMG !!

written by Antabax | 2:25:00 PM | | 150 comments »

Lets stop gaming or whateva you are doin now for awhile for some serious matter concerning the world's most famous chickens. This matter has been around for quite some time and I've just discovered it few days ago. Now, I want to share it with you all. Ever heard of KFC ?

" Yummy ? Think again ! "

It stands for Kentucky Fried Chicken and obviously everyone knows that. It is now been branded Kentucky Fried Cruelty by some protesters. So why they branded KFC as Kentucky Fried Cruelty ? It is because KFC did some cruel things to the chickens. The way they bred and kill it is way too cruel for some people to accept. Heck, I don't think anyone can accept it but thats how it works. Just shut your eyes and eat teh chickens. Well people say that talk means nothing without proof. So lets take a look at the video below so that you can justify it for yourself.

This whole anti-KFC campaign is totally supported by PETA. Now, everywhere in this world, once in a while, they will run some campaign for people to realise how cruel KFC has become. Not just by PETA, a lot of people seems to join the bandwagon. After all, teh chickens needs to be taken care of with love before they are slaughtered and eventually, become our food. Its all fair and square rite ? If it is treated brutally and killed with cruelty, its a one-sided thing and its not good for our reputations as a human. The aliens will look down on us.

" Alien: Treat those chicken fairly or we will invade you ! "

Anyway, below are some pictures I found on the net regarding this 'Kentucky Fried Cruelty' campaign.

" The chickens are really mad now ! "

" Hajimemashite (nice to meet you). Choose the KFC's 'chicks' or choose us. "

" An nyong ha se yo (hello). Say no to KFC ! Kam sa ham ni da (thank you) "

" Tak nak KFC ! (don't want KFC) "

" Dlya menya eto ochen'neobychny sposob znakomstva (I don't usually meet people in this way). Just wanna tell you that KFC tortures 'chicks' "

As far as I'm concern, KFC Malaysia don't practice this kind of 'cruelty' to their chickens. Although there is some rumours goin around all this while, it is still not proven and heck should be considered a hoax. Are you up to it ? Are you willing to sacrifice KFC just because some part of this world, KFC did some injustice towards teh chickens ? Time will tell but for me, don't think that I'm ready yet. Anyway, if you support this movement, you can get you own Kentucky Fried Cruelty Sign and put it in your blog, website, friendster or whatever-lah. I did one for myself too since its free. We can't reject free things. Anyway, you can read more on this by visiting here and here.

Quickie I: Congrats to the winner of IZone Cyber Cafe's Dota Competition (at Nilai organized by INTI College) which is MkvL (1st place), Champion (2nd place), & L1 (3rd place).

Quickie II: Congrats to Cybertime1 for winning the SMM Dota Selangor Qualifier. Also congrats to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th place, which is Blitzone-1, sT, and CA.

The World Cyber Games : Asian Championship return again for the 2nd time and it will be held at Singapore (like last year) from 2nd to 5th August 2007 @ Suntec Convention Centre Hall 602. It is the Pan-Asian regional league that comprises of 12 Asian Countries including Australia and New Zealand. It is a side event from the WCG management and it aims to bring the best out of the Asian gamers in a competitive yet friendly environment. The participating countries are Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. Malaysia is participating in 3 out of 5 games involved which is Dota All-Stars, Fifa 2007 and Warcraft III. Below is the group fixtures for the games (including the other 2 games which is Dead or Alive 4 and Age of Empires III) courtesy of nles@lowyat.net who watched the videos and captured a screen shot of it.

"Malaysia's Representative : loOn4tic"

"Malaysia's Representative : battleangel"

"Malaysia's Representative : Cybertime RoA [Paul_Yan, po, doidoi, gin, & kindaichi]"

For Dota All-Stars, Malaysia are grouped together with Australia and Thailand. From my point of view, Australia's dota scene is quite big and recently they even announce a dota league to spread their dota scene even more. So, Australia might be Malaysia's toughest opponent here. This is because, eventhough Thailand also have a dota community, they lack international exposure where else our own representative, RoA participated in the recent MYM Prime #6 and managed to reach the quarter-final. From this, I might say that we can win against them.

Meanwhile, our neighbouring country, Indonesia and Singapore are grouped together with India. India shouldn't be a problem for them. I guess its just going to be between Singapore and Indonesia. Both have international exposure but Singapore do have an advantage because their result(s) internationally are better than Indonesia. Time will tell for both countries. Who knows, India, with a relatively unknown dota scene, might beat Indonesia or Singapore.

Is this Malaysia's path to stardom ? With recent results from our representatives in local and international scene, this event might just be the platform to launch our country as one of the feared countries in cyber games. I wish all the best for them. GG.

Quickie: Congrats to DNA-SK for winning the Batu Pahat tourney. Also congrats to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th place, which is Zenith, MKvL, and Cybertime-RoA.

"Moshi moshi, are you 046461234 ?"

Guys, not sure if this is old news or not but recently, a local telephone number has been spreading around like wild fire. This is because it is rumoured that the phone number is actually haunted. Is it told that after you dial the said number, a sad girl's voice will be heard repeating words like "Jai Jian le" (see you again, jumpa lagi) and the weird thing is, you wont be charged for the call. Scary huh ? Anyway the haunted number is 046461234 (number from Penang, Kedah or Perlis). Anyone have the guts to try it ? Some even claimed that before putting the phone down, they can hear the girl said "you have 7 days remaining". OMG ? Similar to the horror story from Japan, 'The Ring'. Furthermore, it is said that the voice belongs to a girl before she commit suicide.

A quick search using Google reveals more and more website about this number. There is a lot of claim from Malaysian. Some of them are bullshyt I must say but some are real that it will make you shyt on your pants. I will list some of the claims/reactions about the haunted number gathered around the net (especially from lowyat.net) copy-pasted without any editing.

'my colleague and i called at the same time and it really got through'

'DANG..I keep calling the number but suddenly the voice changed and said 'want come to accompany me?' WAHLIAU!....Don't call wei!'

'i'm using prepaid, and it doens't charge my credit..hope it doesn't charge my blood..'

'She was saying 'Jai jian le' (Goodbye)and then she suddenly screams 'Pu yao ta lai le' (Don't call here anymore. I threw my phone and break it. Thats the last word and its echoing in my head now. Is there really such a person? Can someone tell me the truth?'

'it could be land line connected to a answering machine or a programmable device... There's lot of people said that you won't be charged for calling this number... strange... base on the format of the number it's not a toll free number... or tm make it a toll free number? or the waiting tone is changed to the recorded voice... it must be tm people doing it'

'experienced before..but with different number and a girl was on the line shouting "help me help me !" and i was like wtf ?'

'hey, even hantu won't subscribe for a TM fixed line. He/she has to stay for another 12 months to pay for the bills, ahaks!'

'I'll pray for you guys if none of you post after 7 days. Peace.'

'SH!T! i got 7 days life left T_T this is wat the phone told me when i disconnect, after disconnect, there still got sound tat telling how many days life i got left....TS (thread starter), u murder me!!!!'

'it's a trap. prepare to receive scam sms/calls from marketing companies in the future'

'I call telekom ask them if this number is available they say no. I ask why , they ask me back why I need to know this number. I cincai say I like this sequence of digit for my house phone want to buy from the owner of this number, so they tell me , it is currently under pending for some investigation. I ask what , they say the girl own this number murder her own family and commit suicide. I ask then investigate what , just release the number and let me have it lah , the operator say need to know the reason for suicide bla bla bla, I dont dare to dial'

'I called and she gave me this Saturday's Magnum 4D first prize number'

'ok i was pretty afraid to call that number so i call telekom to verify and they told me the exact story above...plus something extra... they say the phone number is pending investigation and blocked! and no way anyone could call that number anymore. why the number is blocked?
becoz they received reports that strange things happened to those who listened to that voice...
and to think that u guys actually successfully called the number zai jian la...wooooooo'

'i heard my uncle say the number is a scam if u dun belive but u will be scared and this is what happens AFTER 7 DAYS if u called the number:

the number will call u back in 7 days at nite exactly at 1 am and 3 am... will u dare to pick up?'

'All that I could remember is that I black out after calling this number. I could listen to a voice putting me to sleep. She gently told me to let go. I don't know let go off what. I just feel really sleepy and I doze off. My girlfriend said I was mumbling 'Goodbye' in Mandarin. And she tried waking hard waking me up. After applying 'Minyak Cap Kapak' under my nostrils, I woke up blurry. Thats all that I can remember. I'm scared'

'i was trying to forward the number on the net yesterday night around 10 pm... suddenly my line no more interenet access... the DSL is stable... but cant connect to streamyx... i called streamyx n they said my line is active... they had file me the report... i wonder is there anything related after i called tat number.... still got 6 days more =..='

'i think jai jian le until the person saying also sien'

'oh my god when I dialed the number my dog started barking at me, then I felt a cold wind. a really cold wind, no joke! am I going to die?'

'She's a nice girl. I talked to her a couple of times. She told me she was lonely and she just wanted someone to talk to. I thought, why not la huh. I'm alone sometimes and everybody needs a friend also. So I called her. There was no ringtone. She answered right away. I chatted with her a while. She told me her parents were out and she doesn't sleep much.Everything was okay. Until the moment I asked her, her name. She just kept repeating 'Jai Jian Le'. And I heard the exact whisper behind me.Gosh, I must have fainted'

'The ghost gonna be very busy in 6 more days, hunting all of you and others. Thanks for the workload. Any girl who don't want to die a virgin can contact me'

So guys, anyone dare to call the number ? If you are scared to call, n's from lowyat.net managed to record the song. You guys can download it here. Anyway, watch a live ghost in action below. Will scare you till you shyt yer pants.

Quickie: For those who ask for Rita Rudaini pics, can take a look here (15SX).

I guess yesterday was a big surprise for us, Malaysians. The headline 'Iran defeat brave Malaysia' means a lot to some Malaysians. Doesn't matter if it rains, players still sux, played 10-0-0 formation, Iran played safe to avoid injury or wateva, the score still remain 2-0 in favour of Iran. Why was it a big surprise ? It is because everyone thought that we could end up again 5-0, 5-1 and some even predicted 10-1, 11-1 also not forgetting those who bet Malaysia to lose more than 3-0. Overall, doesn't matter how sucky the game was yesterday, Malaysia did their best and you can see it in their faces. You know, it's not entirely their fault that they sux. They just need proper guidance, training, and also a healthy sportsman's diet.

"Nice punch from the keeper"

"Dude, wheres your defenders ?

Below are some comments from fans for Malaysia Football Team.

hot_station03: camtu la malaysiaa... kitowang tak mintak kemenangan..tapi good game and result.. tak kesah la org ckp "bley la tak byk score pasal defend byk"..tapi tu jerk taktik sesuwai.. no doubt ok.. ni tak.. jgn nak tunggu sampai PM kite letak jawatan baru nak main betol2.. berubah tuk Bola Sepak Negara Pliss!!! anyway.. good game guyss..

(that's the way Malaysia... we dont ask for a win.. just a good game and a nice result.. eventhough some people are saying that Iran scored only 2 because we play a lot of defend but thats just the right tactic against good team(s).. no doubt about it.. please don't wait until our PM quit his job before you all can play seriously.. please change for the betterment of our country's soccer!!! anyway, good game guyss..)

Sir Odetakhun: say no to Shahidan 'gila kuasa' Kassim

(say no to Shahidan 'crazy for power' Kassim)

"Make sure next time, you score with this kind of opportunity"

"Nice set-piece but still no goal ?"

sh4zraf: malaysia sucks. iran taknak injury je tu. chances nak score berlambak2. iran nampak sgt hold back taknak injured. 2-0 dekat scoreboard je buat pe. quality takdee. and the commentator mmg nampak sgt nak amik hati penonton, puji puji sket padahal passing teruk, defender macam tunggul. still problem ngan headers, taknak lompat and dari tengah padang clear? wtf tengah padang dah dpt bola, control la..85% of the time clear or lose possession. GG...

(Malaysia sux. Iran just dont want any injuries to their players. They have a lot of chance to score. Obviously they are playing safe so that their players can play the next match. 2-0 at the score board is nothing if the game sux and no quality. The commentators also obviously want to take care of the fans's feelings. They kept giving good comments for the Malaysian players but actually, the passes are bad, the defenders just stood still like a wall. They also still have this problem of not jumping for air possession and even they got the ball in the middle of the field, they will clear it. Wtf ? They should have control it but all I can see is 85% of the time, they just clear the ball or lose the ball. Good Game...)

"If only the ball went inside the net"

"Iranian Girls: All love and no hate"

From my opinion, FAM really need to be restructured. From the top to bottom. It should elect someone (politician or non politician) not just based on their influence on the government, sponsors, & people but also competent in football administration. For starters, Norizan got sacked from his position. Whats more to come ? Lets all hope for the best.

"Dollah Salleh & Azman Adnan FTW !!"

"Am I getting fired ? This is madness !"

Hopefully, FAM will realise their mistake(s) and improvise so that for any coming tournaments, there will be no more results such as 5-1 or 5-0. Winning is hard but losing 5-0 is not an option either (hopefully).

ICCG 2007 : Past, Present, & Future

written by Antabax | 6:39:00 PM | | 41 comments »

Quickie: One of MYM members, TaZz has gone missing in Tasmania, Australia. Read about it here.

I was informed that last year's ICCG was quite interesting. Last year's ICCG, the public can see what's going on in big projected screens on spectator mode and a lot of 'gosu' (pro/master) gamers participate in the event. There are few problems during the event but not that catastrophic. One of the main concern is the timetables/schedules. Gamers/participants usually want to know a bit earlier whose their opponent is, what time the games are and such so that they can prepare themself accordingly. Another thing is, the updates, results and also the replays (for the games competition) were slowly updated eventhough they have their own blog/site for it. Well, nothing is perfect in this world even WCG (World Cyber Games) also have some problems. So how did ICCG fare this year ? Keep on reading to know more.

"During registration, Fatal the only one that posed for the camera"

We went there with MTH and Kenny's car. We woke up around 8-9 in the morning and since its kinda late, we took a quick bath, pack our stuffs and leave. Kenny waited outside (LMAO) for Fatal and Zed while me, Din, and Shuji followed Mth. To avoid the traffic jam, Kenny used a short-cut and we followed from behind. The short-cut that we used were actually some lanes in between the houses. Because we are in a hurry, I didn't manage to snap a picture. The roads there are so weird, we keep turning right, left, left, right, left etc etc. The surroundings are weird too and Shuji said that we must be in Shanghai or something, We arrived there (APIIT Bukit Jalil) around 10 and they quickly register themself (pay the fees) to the committees. In the middle of the building, you can see some booth and stalls (takoyaki, drinks etc etc) and one of it is the Gamer's Hideout where they display some XBOX 360 for the people to experience it. The owner of the booth is friendly and kept smiling all the way. By the way, the promoters (chics) for the booth, Granado Espada and Pc Gamer, is hot.

"Gamer's Hideout Booth where you can play XBox 360!"

"The hawt 'Granado Espada' promoters (chics). Note that I was nervous while taking this picture"

After registering and breakfast, we went to the notice board to check tDs.NT position and schedules. The first round is against the team FAITH and if they win it, they will meet TiTaNz (k3v's team provided that they win the first round). This is bad news. K3v's team obviously are among the best in the country (k3v is Malaysia's no1 QOP (self-proclaimed) and its hard to win against them. The battle grounds is at level 3 where the computer labs are situated at. Later the committees inform me that non-participants cannot stay in the battle grounds but they can spectate it downstairs. This is a big turn down for me and Din. We cant spectate or root for them (and I cant take some pictures boohoo). Nevertheless me and Din stayed there and try to avoid the committees. Somehow the committees didn't ask us to leave.

"The GodFather"

The first match for tDs.NT was quite a fight but FAITH did some mistakes here and there for tDs.NT to exploit and couple up with some teamwork, tDs.NT managed to get the upper hand and won the match. The next game, yeah you bet, is against k3v. Such a bad luck to meet them on the second round. tDs.NT ban QOP because they don't want k3v to use it (LMAO). Anyway, it was a tough fight, with tinker kept killing them early in the match (I couldnt elaborate more because I cant spectate the match and the replays is not uploaded yet). In the end, the more experienced team, TiTaNz won the match. They proceed on with the tourney and managed to get no 3. Another clan, Fitri dan rakan-rakan (Fitri and Frens) which happen to be one of our frens also joined the tourney. They also got knocked out by a more experienced team, IMU. Rumours that they are two Cybertime (Malaysia's current Dota top clan) members in that team. There are two groups for the dota tourney. Group A is the toughest group with clan such as Rev.G, TiTaNz (3rd place), say Thanks (1st place) and also tDs.NT (O'RLY ?). The top team of each group will battle for 1st and 2nd placing while the second of each group will battle for 3rd and 4th group. About the counter-strike tourney, I didn't get a chance to meet any of them. Anyway, below is the results for ICCG 2007.

Dota All-Stars (Ver 1.20c, I know, you can't view the replays. Need to revert back to 1.20c first)
1. say Thanks
2. IMU
3. TiTaNz

Counter-Strike 1.6
1. JAGZ
2. ACTIVATE
3. TOUFU

"tDs.NT during banning and drafting heroes ('pecah kepala' MTH)"

"ShibuyaD playing Sarlock (pun intended)"

"tDs.NT during the first match againts FAITH"

"k3v's team (TiTaNz) during their banning and drafting heroes againts tDs.NT"

"MTH: Damn k3v !! (DIN: Hot Takoyaki !!)"

"Zed: No sweat !"

Overall, ICCG this year is considered more than average (almost perfect) for an event (hey, it's an event organized by students, don't expect stuffs like WCG or something). The only letdown is the ability to spectate the games live. Last year they even have big projector screen(s) but they dont have it this year. Another thing they can improve is that, since everything is in 1 building and quite open, they can inform any event thats currently happening such as 'tDs.Nt defeated FAITH' or 'Team Fitri and rakan-rakan. Please prepare yourself. Your game is in a couple of minutes from now". Oh yeah, it could be handy to the participants if they could release the schedules earlier (same like last year) but I don't think the other tourneys practice this also so its not a big problem anyway. Just handy. Lastly, congrats to all winning teams and the losers, try hard next time ok ? This goes to tDs also. By the way, I would like to state again that the Granado Espada and Pc Gamer's promoter (chics) is hawt.

"From left, Zed, DIN, Kenny, Antabax, MTH, ShibuyaD (Shuji), and Fatal"

ps: Wondering when the replays are going to be released to the public.

So, another round of applause for our fellow players ? This time, no consolation goal(s) for our football team. They got thrashed again and unsurprisingly, it was only 5-0. Why only ? Because some predicted 10-0, 10-1, 11-0, 12-0 etc etc. This result will mark the exit for our team eventhough we still have 2 more games to play (meaning two more rounds of humiliation ? I hope not !). This time, Malaysia is much more generous. They give 1 free goal (penalty) for Uzbekistan so they can get their hope and spirit high to achieve a mininum of 5 goals so that China won't look down on them. Is Malaysia really a team for the other countries to practice their goal scoring ? We will see their next game against Iran and by then, we should know.

' Under-fire Malaysia coach Norizan Bakar admitted on Saturday that his side does not have the quality to compete with their Group C opponents @ AFC Asian Cup 2007 '

' This banner should struck the guys at FAM hard ! "We have world class facilities but third class management (mentality) ! FAM... What have you done ?" '

Like usual, below are some comments from angry fans.

hot_station03: nila akibatnye letak pemain tak bepelajaran.. sekola tak tinggi ape coach ckp tak paham...pastu blagak pandai plak.. arap rambut je panjang..otak tak gune... penat je tuhan anugerahkan otak.. teruatame yg keeper ngan botak tu.. balik main guli jela lagi baik... dah minit 90 baru nak terbang2...sblm tu asyik mencangkung jerk...ape apehal.. kami penyokong pasukan malaysia tetap menyokong penoh team ini waualupon tanpe sebarang kemenangan.. walaupon malaysia tak boleh menang.. tapi ade jugak perkataan 'boleh' itu digunakan malaysia boleh memenangkan team lawan.. yeah.. Malaysia Bolehh!!!!

This is the result of fielding the uneducated players. What the coach said to them, they can't understand and they act like they are good or something. The hair is long but the brain is dead. The god had given them brains but they failed to use it correctly especially the keeper and the bald guy. I guess, its better for them to go home and play marbles. Only when the time reaches the 90th minutes, you can see some 'flying' here and there. Before that, they tend to squat (kinda lazy ?) all the time. Even with all of the things that happened, we, the fans of Malaysia's football team, will still support the team eventhough without any win(s). The word Malaysia 'Boleh' (Malaysia can do it !) can still be used and applied. They can make their opponent win. Ofcourse Malaysia can do that !. Malaysia 'Boleh' !

i_amazon_i:kekalahan yg takbleh diterima.. kita sepatutnya kalah 12-0

A defeat that is unacceptable ! We should have lost 12-0, not just 5-0!

avicenna011: YEAH ! MALAYSIA KENE AYAM LAGI ! Commentator Astro dari awal sampai akhir kutuk Malaysia :)) ................ asal tak bolos byk lagi wei , kasi la 0-9 ke 0-11 ke.............

OH YEAH ! MALAYSIA GOT THRASHED AGAIN ! The commentator from Astro dissed Malaysia from the start till the end. Why just 5-0 ? Why not just give them 9-0 or 11-0 !

' Uzbekistan tried to play ala China style (Shaolin Kung-Fu). The result ? 5-0 ! '

insidious_07: FAM PATUT DIROMBAK !! OI DUGOY SILA LETAK JAWATAN !! APE JADAH 5-0 WEI !!!

FAM should be restructured !! HEY DUGONG ! PLEASE STEP DOWN FROM YOUR POSITION !! 5-0 ?? LOL WUT ??

invisible_mmu: AKU MALU JADI RAKYAT MALAYSIA..... AKU NAK TUKAR WARGA NEGARA INDON, THAILAND DAN VIETNAM... TEAM BOLA MALAYSIA CAM POKEMAK~!!!!!!

I feel shame to become a Malaysian. I want to change my nationality to Indonesia, Thailand or maybe Vietnam. Malaysian Football Team is like Pokemon !(he is actually cursing with the word pokemak)

' I sometimes pity the keeper. He try his best to take care of the goal post. But, he is just not yet an international standard (it means that he sux). This explains all the shots that he didn't manage to save '

lordofseventhsin: Kamon Malaysia! U can't do it!

Come on Malaysia! You can't do it !

pyschospiritz: 5-0 sempena 50th merdeka. congrats. sangat bermakna kepada msia.

5-0 in conjunction with 50th Merdeka. Congratulations. Its such a meaningful thing for us, Malaysians !

ICCG 2007 : Interview with MTH (tDs)

written by Antabax | 12:02:00 AM | | 32 comments »

There is a gaming event coming up and it is only for the college/university students in Malaysia. It goes by the name "Inter College Cyber Games 2007" and its mission is to promote cyber games among the students. The main event of ICCG 2007 is a gaming tournament for the popular mod of Warcraft III : The Frozen Throne called 'Dota All-Stars' and Counter Strike 1.6. For more information about ICCG2007, you guys can visit their website here.

I have managed to get MTH, one of the local 'Dota' players, for a short interview about him, his clan and the ICCG 2007.

"MTH is in the same clan with me but he plays game on a competitive level !"

Hi MTH, thank you for putting time aside for this interview.
Can you quickly introduce yourself to the readers ?
The name is Syafiq. I don't blog, I hate to write. I'm forced to write this interview tho (damn u Antabax). I only play online games. People call me as Meth or in-game nick MTH. Currently studying at MMU here, GG university. I'm 23 (it's nvr too old to play games). So basically I sleep, eat, classes sometime, gaming always.

When did you start playing the mod 'Dota All-Stars" ?
Last 4 years if I'm not mistaken. The version was 5.84, now currently 6.45 wtf ?

I see. So when did you start playing competitively and not just for fun ?
Since I'm 18 but the first WCG that I joined was in 2005.

So you are in a clan called "tDs". Care to share with us how it all started ?
I wasn't one of them at first. I was invited to replace one of the members due to some problem. So actually I'm just a substitute that time. Now I'm officially a tDs member.

How is the team spirit ? Do you and the other members know each other well ?
The spirit is awesome. Melaka + Cyberjaya = Woot !!

Besides 'Dota', do you play any other games ?
Ragnarok, CS, RYL, RYL2, MapleStory, AAA, GE, Rose, but dota most of the time.

You are quite known in the 'Dota' Online community. How much time do you spend on 'Dota' everyday ? (including watching replays, reading related news and playing as well)
5hours/day. 10hours/day on holidays. HAHAHA.

What heroes do you usually use/prefer during you friendly matches online ?
Semi-Ace (Qop, Sand King, Priestess of the Moon). Commander most of the time.

There is a tourney coming-up only for college/university students in Malaysia and if I'm not mistaken, it is called "Inter College Cyber Games 2007" by APIIT. So, is tDs goin to join the tourney ?
Yes. But not as full team, more like tDs mix with nT.

Can you tell us how you guys prepare for the tourney ?
We play almost everyday. So basically, everyday is a training day. It's hard to gather all of them to go challenge in-house clans because we leave in different places (Cyberjaya, Melaka, Kedah). So we just train online.

Most probably, top seeded teams in the country will not join this tournament because it clashes with another tournament held at Johor/Batu Pahat and this tournament is only for students. So what is your aim for this tournament ?
Top 3 hopefully.

Do you think your team can achieve that ? Any obstacles that can stop tDs.NT from achieving it ?
Not sure because it's the first time tDs.nT go for tourney but I hope we can play our best.

Thanx for teh time, MTH. I would like to wish good luck and all the best to you and tDs.NT for the tournament ! Any last word(s) you want to say before we end this interview ?
Sorry to other tDs members who are not selected for this ICCG. It's a last minute invitation by nT because 4 of nT members decided not to play. SMM Melaka coming soon, a complete tDs team will join I hope or 2 teams perhaps ? Stop blogging and start training wahahahah.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I would like to wish good luck again to tDs.NT for the upcoming tourney, ICCG 2007. Hope they can achieve their goal. To the other tDs members, prepare yourself for SMM Melaka.

I've been a Malaysian for almost 23 years now and well I do have some national spirit for the country especially in sports. Malaysia is one of the host for the AFC Asian Cup 2007 together with Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam. Last night was the first match for Malaysia and its opponent is China. So whats the result ? From this quote "Han Peng and Wang Dong netted two goals apiece as China kicked off their AFC Asian Cup 2007 campaign in style with a 5-1 trouncing of Malaysia at Bukit Jalil National Stadium on Wednesday" taken from AFC website should be more than enough for us to understand that they played horribly bad. Malaysia became the first of the four co-hosts to lose a match in the competition following victories for Vietnam and Indonesia against United Arab Emirates and Bahrain, respectively, and a draw for Thailand against Iraq.

"Malaysia's line-up for the game !"

I'm so dissapointed with their performance. They were given a lot of spirit from us Malaysian and the government heck there were given a full set of jerseys sponsored by Nike. If they cant win the game (hardly), the least they can do is to minimize teh damage. But, what the heck, 5-1 ?? Well, whats done is done. Lets just hope they gonna win the next match against Uzbekistan or might as well give another 5-1 performance.

"The China players play their game, Shaolin Style (remember Shaolin Soccer ?), thats why the keeper couldn't handle the force of the ball !"

Below are some of the comments from the angry Malaysians croud.

avicenna: Argghhh.... tgk Malaysia main, mmg kena kluar jampi serapah !

(arghhh, seeing how malaysia play just now, I feel like cursing them !)

hot_station03: Hai... nak kate baju buruk... jersi dah nike..nak kate takde penyokong?? Stadium dah ampir penuh.. nak kate sampah marah!!!!... Tapi mmg player malaysia sampah.. buat abes duit negare jerk!!! Ni la skuad bola sepak kebangsaan kite yg kite banggekan?????

(Hmm, if want to say that the jersey is bad, it is now sponsored by Nike, if want to say that they are no supporters, the stadium just now during the match was almost full with supporters, people say they are bad, they'll get angry (the players) but in the end, they just simply sux. If go on like this, it will just waste our country's money. Is this the malaysia football squad that we are suppose to be proud of ??)

"Rita Rudaini was also there to give moral support for the 'players' (her boyfriend) !"

powerplayguy: weih
powerplayguy: tgk mesia main?
powerplayguy: bodo sial

(Hello, did u watch mesia (Malaysia) play just now ? So stupid!)

amriee_aru: MALAYSIA power !!!

(MALAYSIA is so strong !!!)

"Zh Zheng: Dude, what are you doin ?"

ahmattbellamy: Nanthakumar kena start! Fullbacks banyakkan tolong wingers! Strikers tolong hold bola secara kedap! Shukur lorongkan bola cantik2 sket! Rosdi dan Fauzi mesti tangkas berpatah balik

(Please put nanthakumar in the starting eleven! Wingers need more help from the fullbacks! Strikers need to hold the ball longer/better! Shukur, can you please pass the ball nicely! Rosdi and Fauzi must actively run to the front and back!)

veto lopez: tulaaa
veto lopez: patut 5-0
veto lopez: baru laaa kene dowh
veto lopez: 50 years malaysia merdeka
veto lopez: blh jadi present utk malaysia

(Hehehe, suppose to be 5-0 man ! Then it can be a present for the Malaysians in conjunction with Malaysia’s 50th Merdeka anniversary. 5-0 minus - = 50)

Cigarette Prices Up + Thailand Ads = GG

To fellow smokers especially those who play games. I guess you all realiased that the prices for these 'ciggies' has gone up yet again. Not sure about the other brands out there, but any brand under the BAT (British American Tobacco) umbrella is affected. The new price range for its brands of cigarettes is now: RM9.20 for Dunhill Fine Cut 20s; Dunhill D360 20s and Pall Mall Plain 20s (RM8.60); Dunhill King Size, Kent King Size, Benson & Hedges King Size and Peter Stuyvesant 20s (RM8.20); Perilly’s King Size and Pall Mall King Size 25s (RM7.30) and Perilly’s 100s (RM6.90). For the 14s pack, Dunhill, Benson & Hedges and Peter Stuyvesant are now priced at RM5.90.

So guys, is it almost the time to stop now ? I once make a promise to myself that when a box of 20s Dunhill reach the RM10 mark, I will stop smoking. But with the current situation, RM8.20 is quite a burden from RM7.30. So I sit down and think for a while. Besides the joy of smoking, the effects from smoking is not good either. So why waste money to smoke ? If its just plain addicted, I dont think there should be any problem to stop. Smoking is actually a part of life to those who smokes. It is kinda the same like eating or drinking. Its not because of its addictiveness, its become more than that. It is a part of our daily routine. For me, everytime I go to work and between work, lunch and 6.00 pm (my office hour is till 6.00 pm), smoking is a must. I smoke around1 stick per hour. That doesnt sound too bad, rite ?

When you talk about smoking during games, everytime u die, especially when its in the middle stage of the game, u tend to smoke because u will get revive only after a minute or so. This is seriously a bad habit that me and my frens developed. Ive tried chewing gum or snacks but hey who am I lying to. Its just plain different. For starters, lets just try to ease on the smoking. Maybe I should only smoke 1 stick between morning, lunch and another stick between lunch and 6.00 pm.

Anyway, my brother in law, Joe, recently went to Thailand and he bought a 20s pack of Marlboro. Its different from the packs u have here in Malaysia. In Thailand, they have this very scary ad on every ciggies pack there. If these kind of ads were to be done in Malaysia, plus the recent prices for ciggies, I say good bye to fellow smokers. I'll try to stop. Or in other words, GG.

So guys, should we go on smoking or take this matter into consideration ? The choice is in ur hands. But for me, it is still safe to smoke. LMAO. For more info about this ads thingy, click here.
